To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up and fake tan, and with all tags attached.
All clothing and swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear; returns will not be accepted if the seal is removed (unless defective).
Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to use a traceable delivery method to ensure safe return. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned parcels.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective or faulty. All sale items are final.
Hijabs, caps, scarves, bonds, and caps cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
We do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit. Full-price items can be exchanged, and customers must cover the postage cost. We will issue a store credit for the returned item's amount.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and the customer will be notified.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here usually processed within 48 hours and upon shipping will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
