To be eligible for an exchange:
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items can not be refunded for change of mind.
All Hijabs, caps, scarves, bonds and caps cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Sale items cannot be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
We do not offer refunds only exchanges or store credit.
