Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange (no refunds).

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All clothing and swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear; returns will not be accepted if the seal is removed (unless defective).

Initiating a Return

  • Contact us at to initiate a return.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

  • Hijabs, caps, scarves, bonds, body tops, and caps cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged. All sale items are final unless defective or faulty.

Orders and Cancellations

  • Urban Culture cannot cancel any order once it has been confirmed and processed.


  • Faulty items are eligible for a refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the exchange or refund is approved.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Additional Information

  • Customers must cover the postage cost for returning items.
  • We recommend using a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and the customer will be notified.
